Bikaner Vyapar Udyog Mandal
Bikaner Vyapar Udyog Mandal, established in 1947, is one of the oldest and most respected trade associations in the region, committed to safeguarding the interests of traders, shopkeepers, and local industries. Its office is situated in the Modern Market, directly opposite City School, serving as a hub for coordination, support, and advocacy for the business community of Bikaner.
With a strong membership base of over 1000 registered business owners, the Mandal represents a diverse spectrum of sectors including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and services. It functions under its well-defined constitution and is democratically managed by an elected office-bearer body.
Over the decades, the Mandal has played a pivotal role in shaping the commercial ecosystem of Bikaner, acting as a liaison between local traders and government authorities. Whether it’s advocating for favorable policies, facilitating dispute resolution, or organizing trade fairs and awareness seminars, the Mandal remains deeply engaged in enhancing the ease of doing business.
The current President, Shri Jugal Kishore Rathi , is a dynamic leader known for his unwavering support to the trader community. Under his leadership, the Mandal continues to stand by businesses during challenges such as regulatory changes, taxation reforms (like GST), civic issues, and even during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic — when many such associations across India mobilized support in the form of supply chain coordination, essential passes, and relief distribution.
Inspired by similar apex bodies in other cities — such as the Delhi Hindustani Mercantile Association, Federation of Rajasthan Trade & Industry (FORTI), and Nagpur Vyapari Sangh — Bikaner Vyapar Udyog Mandal too strives to modernize its operations. It is actively working toward launching digital initiatives like online grievance redressal, trader directories, and e-commerce enablement workshops for local businesses.
The Mandal’s legacy, democratic spirit, and proactive approach have cemented its position as a cornerstone of Bikaner’s socio-economic fabric.

1947 में स्थापित बीकानेर व्यापार उद्योग मंडल, इस क्षेत्र के सबसे पुराने और सबसे सम्मानित व्यापार संघों में से एक है, जो व्यापारियों, दुकानदारों और स्थानीय उद्योगों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसका कार्यालय मॉडर्न मार्केट कॉम्प्लेक्स में स्थित है, जो सिटी स्कूल के ठीक सामने है, जो बीकानेर के व्यापारिक समुदाय के लिए समन्वय, समर्थन और वकालत के केंद्र के रूप में कार्य करता है।
